What does it cost?

Tier 1 is $750 to get started and $200 a month. Tiers 2 and 3 are priced for you before we start. The $200 includes a one-hour call with Nick each month, keeping your reply current, and fixing anything that breaks. New things are priced on the call.

Do I need tech skills?

No. You show us how you talk and tell us what keeps piling up. We handle the setup and explain everything in plain words. You just get a heads-up when something needs you, and you decide what happens next.

Who approves what gets sent?

You approve the wording before anything goes live. The first reply never quotes prices or makes promises for you. Pricing, availability, sensitive issues, and judgment calls stay with you.

What tools does it work with?

Usually, we can work with what you already use. We start with your email, your calendar, your website, and the way you send files, using platforms such as Google, Notion, and Grok where they fit. If something you use won't work well, we'll tell you straight and talk through simple options before anything changes.

How do I get started?

Start with one annoying task, not a big plan. Email Nick and tell us which repeat task takes your time. We'll help you pick one practical first thing to automate and explain the scope and price before setup.

What do you need access to, and who sees my messages?

We connect to the places leads already come in, on your accounts, with your okay. You stay the owner and can remove our access anytime. We never sell your information. When you share examples, cover up names, numbers, and anything private. We only need your words.

Will my customers know it's automated?

That's your call. The reply is built from your own words, and you okay it before it goes live. If you like, it can end with a short line saying you'll follow up personally.

Does it answer phone calls?

Not yet. It covers your website form and email. Phone calls stay with you for now.

Can I cancel?

No contracts. Cancel anytime. Anything we set up on your own email, calendar, and files stays yours and keeps working. If any part runs on our side, we tell you before setup, and that part stops along with the monthly help.

Is AI automation worth it for a small business?

It's worth it for the things you do the same way over and over, like replying, reminding, and sending the same details again. If something only happens once in a while, or every case needs your judgment, keep doing it yourself. If something isn't worth automating, we'll say so.

Should I hire someone or do it myself?

You can do it yourself if you enjoy setting things up and have time to keep them running. Getting a hand makes sense when you'd rather not learn it, when it has to sound like you, or when you want someone around if something changes. Either way, start small.

What does AI automation help actually do?

It takes the repeat work off your plate. Good help learns how you work and how you talk, picks the one or two tasks worth handing off first, and sets them up with what you already use. It checks that everything still sounds like you and gets fixed when something changes, while you stay in charge of the decisions.

How do I choose the right help, and what should I ask?

Look for someone who explains things in plain words and starts small. Ask what they would set up first, what stays with you, whether it works with your tools, and what happens if something breaks. If the answers sound like jargon, keep looking.
